By using WWW.OLYMPIALETAN.COM you agree to comply with, and be bound by our Terms and Conditions. We may from time to time change these Terms at our sole discretion. By using this Website after any such change(s), you agree to comply with, and be bound by, the Terms as changed.
By placing an order, the customer enters into a contract and firmly accepts the pricing and description of the products available for sale as well as all general terms of sale.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made securely online. By submitting an order to us through our website you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct.
Most orders will be dispatched within 3 working days from the date of your order excluding weekends and holidays. We will contact you if there is a delay or if items are out of stock. If your item is out of stock or was an exclusive design we reserve the right to a four-month delivery period.

SHIPMENT

We ship via DHL courier to all countries. Non-European countries will be shipped on a Delivery Duties Unpaid basis. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and if you for any reason you refuse delivery you will still be charged the duties and taxes. Your item will be returned to Olympia Le-Tan and you will be directly charged for the unpaid duties and taxes along with the additional shipping costs.

RETURNS

You can return your product 14 days after reception, please contact sales@olympialetan.com for the returns conditions and the shipping address and to get the authorization. The shipment must be sent back with a tracking number to be able to follow your bag.

In case of exchange / reimbursement, shipping costs are borne by the client.
