SHIPMENT
Non-European countries will be shipped on a Delivery Duties Unpaid basis because your purchase is made excluding VAT.
All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and if you for any reason refuse delivery, you will be charged for the shipment fee back to us at OLT as well as the new shipping costs to resend the product.
Your order will be delivered within 10 business days for a standard product.
If you face delivery issues, you have 20 days to let us know at sales@olympialetan.com, after this time, you will have to talk directly with the carrier.

RETURNS
You can return your product 14 days after reception, please contact sales@olympialetan.com for the return conditions and further instructions and details.
The shipment must be sent back with a tracking number.
In case of any return, exchange, or reimbursement, shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

For returns from outside the EU, the amount of a return product cannot exceed 10 Euros as it is not a commercial exchange.
Also, all the Bespoke bags or any bags with a customization (Letters, sentence, etc) are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
PRE-ORDERS
The pre-orders are produced on demand and they are completed within 50 to 85 days whereas the delivery time depends on the destination.
If the pre-order is customized, they are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
PAYMENT
Payment is totally secure online. By submitting an order to us through our website, the buyer represents and warrants that the payment details provided on his/her/their order are valid and correct.
Most orders will be dispatched within three working days from the date of your order excluding weekends and holidays. We will contact you if there is a delay or if items are out of stock.
